These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of Practical AI Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”) and purchases made via practicalaico.ai and/or our checkout provider Payhip.

1) Digital Products
We sell digital products including PDFs, templates, workflow cards, prompt packs, and training resources (“Products”). Products are delivered digitally and are available for download after purchase via Payhip and/or by email link.

2) Tool-agnostic, educational use only
Our Products are educational and informational and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, HR, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you apply the information and any outcomes from using AI tools.

3) Orders, delivery & access

• Payments are processed by Payhip (and its payment partners).

• After purchase, you will receive access to download your Product(s).

• If you don’t receive your link, contact help@practicalaico.ai and we will assist.

• Download links may expire or be limited by Payhip security controls; if this happens, contact us for help.

4) Pricing & taxes
Prices are shown in [AUD] unless stated otherwise. Any taxes (including GST, if applicable) will be displayed at checkout where required.

5) Refunds & Australian Consumer Law
Because Products are digital downloads delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If a Product has a major failure or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy (including refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances).

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact help@practicalaico.ai with your order details and we’ll respond as quickly as possible.

6) Licence & permitted use
Unless otherwise stated, your purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable licence to use the Product for personal use or internal business use.

You must not:

• resell, redistribute, share, upload, or publicly post the Product (in whole or in part)

• share download links or files with others

• use the Product to create a substantially similar competing product for sale

7) Intellectual Property
All site content and Products are owned by Practical AI Co. (or licensed to us) and protected by intellectual property laws.

8) Acceptable use
You agree not to use our Site or Products for unlawful purposes, including creating harmful or illegal content, scams, hacking, or privacy violations.

9) Third-party tools & services
Our Products may reference third-party tools (e.g., AI chatbots, automation platforms, agent tools). We do not control or warrant these services, their pricing, availability, performance, or policies.

10) Privacy & data safety
Do not paste confidential, personal, or sensitive information into AI tools unless you have the right to do so and it complies with your workplace policies. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

11) Disclaimers
We provide the Site and Products “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate—verify important facts and decisions independently.

12) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount paid for that Product.

13) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last updated” date.

14) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the NSW courts.
